Added - THANKS BUTTON & REPUTATION

So I've been looking through the admin panel lately and came across the option of a thanks button and reputation. The thanks button can be seen on a user's post at the top, next to his/her picture. All you need to do is click it.. Not sure what it does at the moment, but it seems if you click one post it thanks everyone's post.. but I can change that later

Also enabled reputation, to the left of the picture there is a plus and minus sign, when you click the plus sign it changes to green which is positive feedback/I agree... the other thing is the minus which changes it to red and means you disagree or something So have fun with them for the moment, will start changing things around in a while to see how it works

I started reading the post. and noticed the little green bar.
So I clicked it to see what it did.
Then I read the rest of the post! lol
So just ignore that vote for now
