New Main Server - 213.108.31.63:27030

Good afternoon Panini*

Due to the increased cost of maintaining the server at GS, it was decided to move back to YCN for the time being and put it all under Panini*. So now Panini* is 100% owning server

The new server is up / running. So please give it a try, make sure everything is working etc. All XP/Levels should be there. Only difference should be

- no map voting. It is currently on objectivecycle. The actual maps in this can be changed easily, I had just put up some from the map suggestions thread (and normals like goldrush) to get it going.
- New IP for SERVER of 213.108.31.63:27030
- New IP for Teamspeak is 78.129.194.2:9161 (ask Nathan for password for now)

GS will be going offline in just a couple days. So be sure to let anyone that joins the old they need to join the new one.

Let me know if you spot anything that didn't get brought over correctly.
