auto log in

. Log me on automatically at each visit

Doesn't work on this forum!

Hey mate,
Just logged myself out there and on the bottom of the forum next to the Username and Password section where you enter your information, there should be something that says 'Log me on automatically at each visit' and click it Then log in and it should work so that everytime you come here you're automatically logged in. It works for me anyways, not sure about everyone else though.

Let me know if there is a problem still after this, and I'll look into it further for you

that was my problem in the first place - that check box doesn't work
doesn't work at home - doesn't work at my work's computers

also read threads stay red for the remainder of the log in
they mark read as soon as I log out and back in again

Edit: I just made this post and it marks as unread

Hmm not sure about that, checked through some settings but came across nothing unfortunately.. Tried it myself and it seems to work for me, if it doesn't work for someone else maybe they could post here also?

About the forums being unread, at the top, click home and on the right just above the first forum there should be an option 'Mark all forums read'
Click that if it's all red still.. Should work

no it doesn't work now,, every time i open the forum i have to log in ..

mayby its just the explorer you use that doesnt like this forum

Seems that it does work with Chrome and Firefox, but not IE.. I checked the settings and the only thing I could do was enable the 'auto log' button which works for me, saphy, astana and purk

FIREFOXX RULEZ! mainly because it is my nickname in most games LOL

Firefox is a better browser and from experience I think it's safer than IE anyday.. IE has a script called ActiveX enabled, which can let viruses, trojans, malware and adware into your computer without you knowing it. Firefox asks you about if you want to enable the script to see it running, which is your own choice whether you want to use the script or not
